Our Terranova Pavillion allows you to meet top leaders of the trade and media in person.
No waste, less budgets and better results!
The hybrid solution for destinations and NTOs
On the first day of the fair, Terranova enables relevant destinations to conquer the fair during a 90 minutes exclusive show. Our Terranova space of 200 sqm is divided into a "boarding gate" and venue. Hand-picked and pre-registered touroperators, specialised travel agents and influencers will receive a boarding card to your event. Upon entry, they will be overwhelmed by exciting videos on huge screens. Our Terranova team dressed according to your brand requirements will meet them, offering your typical food and beverages. There will be a central stage with another big screen. If you can’t make it in person, you can introduce your destination or campaign from your home or office. We will conduct an attractive lucky draw for the attendees. They will receive a kit with your information material and (sustainable) goodies. We will share the database of all attendees, including their contact details. The logo and details of the NTO will appear in the official program and on screens throughout the fair.

Our concept for hotels, DMCs and other private stakeholders
The second day will offer a different look and feel of our Terranova pavillion. In the main space, there will be 20 tables with two chairs for the Israelis and one screen for you. Again, only qualified buyers will be invited. During 15 minutes, you will have the opportunity to discuss how to increase business. We will have two events: one for 10:00-12:30 and one from 14:00-16:30. The first event is planned for our worldwide hotels and DMCs; the second one for stakeholders from the Asian region. All participants will receive the database of all attendees.
The cost for each foreign stakeholder is 2000 euro + VAT. The entrance for the Israeli buyers is free of charge.
You wish also a presentation for all IMTM visitors? No problem!
We offer all partners the opportunity to invite the IMTM visitors for a dedicated presentation, in the meeting halls of the second floor of the fair. Up to 120 guests can listen to you (virtually or in person) or to our storytellers and country managers. This event will appear in the official agenda of the IMTM.
The extra cost for such an event is 4000 NIS + VAT (not including F&B and prize of lucky draw).
